These terms govern your use of the FleetCheeta platform. By using FleetCheeta, you agree to these terms. "FleetCheeta", "we", and "us" mean Dal Dom.
1. Use of the platform
FleetCheeta gives you access to a logistics and supply chain platform. You may use it to run your operation in line with these terms and any applicable law. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your organization, and the people you invite to it. Keep your credentials secure, make sure your account information is accurate, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use FleetCheeta to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send unlawful or harmful content, disrupt or probe the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may suspend access where use threatens the service or other users.
4. Free during launch
FleetCheeta is free to use right now while we build with our first teams. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you notice before any charges apply to you, and you can decide whether to continue.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and our obligations evolve. When we make material changes, we will give reasonable notice, for example by posting the updated terms with a new date or contacting you. Continuing to use FleetCheeta after that means you accept the updated terms.
6. Intellectual property
FleetCheeta, including the platform, its software, and its brand, is owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the platform to you. You may use FleetCheeta only as permitted here.
7. Your data
You own the data you put into FleetCheeta. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data so we can provide the service to you. You can export your data at any time, and we handle it as described in the privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers
FleetCheeta is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we work hard to keep it reliable and secure, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for how you use the platform in your operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of FleetCheeta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
