Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains what personal data FleetCheeta collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. In it, "FleetCheeta", "we", and "us" mean Dal Dom, the operator of the FleetCheeta platform.

1. Data we collect

We collect data in three broad groups:

  • Account data: name, email, phone, organization details, and login credentials you provide when you create or manage an account.
  • Operational data: the information you put into the platform to run your operation, such as orders, addresses, drivers, vehicles, inventory, and billing records.
  • Usage data: technical information generated as you use FleetCheeta, such as device and browser details, IP address, log data, and basic analytics about how the product is used.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to provide and operate the platform, authenticate accounts, deliver the features you use, keep the service secure, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your operational data for advertising.

3. Lawful basis

We process personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so: to perform our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations, with your consent where it applies, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure service, balanced against your rights.

4. How we share data

We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (for example hosting, communications, and payment processing), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for those services. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any further period required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and per-organization isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to limit access to it.

7. Your rights under PDPL

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have rights over your personal data, including:

  • Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correction: ask us to fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal data where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.
  • Objection: object to or ask us to restrict certain processing of your data.

8. Contact

To exercise any of these rights or ask a question about this policy, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

We may update this page from time to time, and the version published here is always the current one.
